At Brie’s Room, we strive to ensure that items are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Sales&Pre-orders are final)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There is a restocking fee of 10% of the price.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at briesroom1@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
